STEAMSAFE Sdn Bhd is an Engineering and Maintenance Services for Plant, Steam Boiler, Vessel, Heat Exchanger, Gas Turbine, Diesel Engine Plant and etc. Our spectrum of services covers Plant turnaround works, Boiler overhaul for DOSH inspection, Gas Turbine maintenance, Piston Engine maintenance, Boiler tuning, Boiler repair, Boiler assessment, Vessel and heat exchanger overhaul for DOSH inspection, Vessel and heat exchanger repair, Piping works, Scaffolding, Insulation Hot/Cold, Painting, Improvement and/or modifications to existing facilities, Removal, installation or modification of component parts of structures, Mechanical and electrical equipment and spare part, Boiler equipment and spare part, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control.
Operations And Maintenance (O&M)
STEAMSAFE Sdn Bhd is providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for Boiler Plant, Cogeneration Plant and Utility Based Industries. Steamsafe also provide Comprehensive Training, Engineering Service and Safety Consultancy. We have wide experiences in operation and maintenance of Steam Boiler, Gas Turbine and Diesel Engine Plant, managed by professionals and experienced team who had years of experience in plant process, mechanical, chemical, instrument and electrical disciplines.
Visiting Engineer
STEAMSAFE Sdn Bhd also providing Visiting Steam Engineer for Boiler Plant and Visiting Internal Combustion Engine Engineer for Gas Turbine and Gas/Diesel Piston Engine who responsible to enter in the aforementioned register of report on the condition of the machinery and the effectiveness of any safety devices; recommend of any repairs required to the machinery; to details of any break down of the machinery and of the repairs affected; to submit an inspection report to JKKP; to be present at every regular inspection of the machinery; and to assist JKKP Inspector in any investigation of any accident and dangerous occurrence connected with the machinery reported.
Authorized Gas Tester Services
